Smpp 1.0 component
SMS & SMPP Information
Short Message Service (SMS) is a service made available on most digital mobile phone that permits the sending of short messages between mobile phones.
SMS was originally designed as part of the GSM digital mobile phone standard, but is now available on a wide range of networks, including 3G networks.
The Short Message Peer to Peer protocol (SMPP) is a protocol for exchanging SMS messages between SMS peer entities such as Short Message Service Centres. It is often used to allow third parties (e.g. content suppliers like news organisations) to submit messages, often in bulk.
This protocol was originally designed by Aldiscon, a small Irish company that was later bought by Logica.

If you don't have access to some SMSC or gateway, you can contact with Simplewire
Simplewire's SMPP gateway implements both versions (3.3 and 3.4) of the SMPP protocol. All types of data traffic are supported including text messages, delivery receipts, source address, binary data, unicode text messages, EMS (Enhanced Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), and much more.
